希臘國會今天(23日)表決通過一項有關第二批改革方案的立法，以協助解凍龐大的國際紓困資金。

這項法案包括民事司法制度改革、銀行存款保障機制、支撐銀行資金流動性的措施。

希臘國會設有300個議席，根據路透社，在親歐洲反對黨的支持下，總共有230位國會議員投下贊成票。

不過，希臘總理齊普拉斯(Alexis Tsipras)所屬政黨激進左派聯盟(Syriza)的149名國會議員中，有36人投下反對票或棄權；而在上週的首輪表決中，有39名激進左派聯盟的國會議員跑票。

上週在首次表決國際債權人要求的嚴苛改革方案時，齊普拉斯遭到自家國會議員的倒戈背叛，而必須仰仗反對派國會議員的支持，改革法案才能在國會過關；這些方案對稅務、退休金和勞動規定進行全面性改革。
